| 1. MANAGEMENT |
a. The Asian 14/U Series shall be managed by the ATF Junior Committee.
b. The duties and powers of the ATF Junior Committee shall be:
- To manage the day-to-day administration of the Series.
- To ensure uniform application of and compliance with, the Rules, Regulations and Code of Conduct.
- To administer the funds of the Series within the financial framework of the Federation.
- To report to the Board of Directors on all financial matters.
- To undertake other duties as laid down in these Regulations.
- To submit regular reports to the Board of Directors.
- To present the Regulations for approval to the ATF Board of Directors.
c.The ATF Board of Directors shall carry out the following duties:
- Approve the Regulations.
- Decide on any appeals or disputes from National Federations.
- Appoint the members of the ATF Junior Committee every two (2) years. The Chairman of the Junior Committee shall be a member of the ATF Board of Directors.

| 2. HOSPITALITY |
Full hospitality (meals and accommodation) is required for FOREIGN main draw players (singles and doubles) and a maximum of two (2) coaches per country for the duration of the tournament.
Coaches must have been nominated by the National Association when submitting player entries. No other coaches shall be guaranteed hospitality. |
| 3. TRAVEL ASSISTANCE |
a. Any travel assistance shall be arranged only in advance and offered only to National Associations. It shall not be conditional upon a named player taking part. Travel assistance shall not be offered to individual players, neither shall it linked to a player's success in the tournament, nor shall it be conditional on a player's participation in any tournament.
b. Practice facilities shall be provided. Practice courts shall preferably be of the same as much as the match courts, but this is not obligatory. Practice facilities need not be in the same stadium, but transport shall be provided. Players shall have the opportunity to reserve practice courts and the referee shall ensure that satisfactory arrangements are made. |
| 4. OFFICIALS |
Asian 14/U Series
Referee: Recommended White Badge/Compulsory International Experience
Umpires: Compulsory for Semi-Finals and Finals
Umpires may be National Officials.
Asian Championships and Asian 14/U Series Masters Final
Referee: Minimum White Badge
Umpires: Compulsory for all Main Draw Matches
Umpires may be National Officials. |
| 5. SCHEDULE |
a. The referee shall, whenever possible, allow a player who has competed on the final day of the proceeding tournament, a full day for traveling and rest before that player is obliged to play the first round of the succeeding tournament.
b. Every evening, the programme for the following day's play shall be published and displayed in the stadium and/or hotels or otherwise made available for competitors and coaches. |
| 6. FACILITIES |
a. There shall be a tournament desk staffed starting one hour before the beginning of the matches until two hours after the end.
b. Adequate change rooms shall be available.
c. Physiotherapist/Doctor
All Tournaments - it is compulsory for a physiotherapist to be on site at all times. A Doctor is available on site. |
| 7. PRIZE MONEY / POCKET MONEY |
| No prize money or pocket money in any form shall be paid at any junior tournament, either to the players or to their National Associations. Any infringement to this rule will be penalized by a fine and can be subject to the expulsion of the tournament from the Series. |
| 8. GIFTS |
The value of a gift to the winner of a tournament may not exceed the value of USD $250.00. |
9. TOURNAMENT / ENTRY FORMS |
Full details of the tournament are to be set out in the entry form - conditions of play, arrangements for players etc. |
| 10. PUBLICITY AND PROMOTION |
a.Each player grants and assigns to the ATF and Tennis Australia the right in perpetuity to make, use and show from time to time and at its discretion, motion pictures, still pictures and live, taped or filmed television and other reproduction of him/her during the event in connection with the promotion of the event without compensation for him/herself, his/hers heirs, devisees, executors, administrators or assigns. Such promotion activities by the ATF shall not be identified as or represented to be an endorsement by the player of any product or company.
b. All tournaments that have a web site must have a link to the ATF web site on their main page.
c. Visibility of Asian Tennis Federation:
- All Tournaments.
- Four (4) Asian Series Banners on Center Court & Court 1 (One (1) on main camera view).
- One (1) ATF Banner at entrance of the club.
- Logo of Asian Series on Posters, Brochures, Official Programme (Front Page) and all printed materials.
- One (1) page in Official Programme at disposal of ATF for message/sponsor.
- ATF Banner at Press Conference, Prize Giving Ceremony, Official Pictures and other official functions.
- ATF reserves exclusive rights for publicity on Net Banners. The organizer is not allowed to place any banners on the net, unless separately agreed with the ATF.

| 11. FACT SHEETS |
a. All relevant information on arrangements for the event should be made available to the players and National Associations in the form of a fact sheet. The form will be sent by ATF together with the Tournament Package and only this common for will be accepted. This form must include the following details:
- Name, telephone, telex and fax numbers of the Tournament Director;
- Tournament site (address, telephone and fax numbers);
- Court surface;
- Make of ball
- Official hotel (including rates, if appropriate, and contact details);
- Transportation information; and
- Any other relevant details e.g. name of Referee, social functions planned, whether sign-in will be held, etc.
b. Fact Sheets must be sent to all relevant Associations as soon as the acceptance list is completed.
A Fact Sheet must also be forwarded to ATF by fax or e-mail at least four weeks before the event commences. |
| 12. ENTRY FEES |
| All tournaments maximum of USD $30.00. |
| 13. INSURACE |
It is required that all players have adequate medical insurance coverage, which cannot be provided by either the ATF, the host National Association or the local organizer.
Neither the ATF or National Association sanctioning such events or local organizers, can accept any responsibility for providing players with such insurance coverage. |
| 14. BALLS |
a. Main Draw/Qualifying
In Main Draw and Qualifying there shall be a minimum of three new balls for each match; another three new balls shall be provided for any third set n semifinals and finals only. Although organizers are encouraged to provide ball change for the final set in all matches.
a. Practice
Balls shall be provided for practice, but it is not obligatory to give new balls for this purpose. |
